Activision: We Won't Meddle With Infinity Ward Further

Dave Stohl, head of Worldwide Studios at Activision, has stated that despite the negative press the company received for their dealings with Infinity Ward, which led to mass walk-outs by key parts of the company, that the development studio will rise again, and that they won't meddle with them any more than necessary:
"As much as possible we don't want to tamper with that group of people... We want Infinity Ward to be Infinity Ward, it's a very specific culture."
Sorry, I'm calling bollocks. This is PR spin, and after what the company has done to Infinity Ward (remember, people were specifically intimidated by "bouncers" after the departures of Jason West and Vincent Zampella), Red Octane, Luxoflux and other companies, I cannot take anything that comes out of their mouths. This was for nervous investors, just like everything else they say. Don't buy it for a second.

I hate Activision now. They raped the Guitar Hero franchise and they're doing the same to Call of Duty.
