Looks like someone I know now owns something illegal... and I'm currently listening to offers being proposed to turn him in. Indeed the R4 cartridge has now been ruled illegal in the UK by London's High Court and thus owning one is now super naughty.
The ruling was made against Wai Dat Chan and Playable Ltd, who sold electronic devices to UK customers. Advertising, selling or importing to the UK is now strictly illegal.
