A new instalment in the Fight Night series entitled Fight Night Champion is due for release sometime in 2011. Although there are few details of what will be in the title at the moment EA have said that some high-profile changes will be made to the single player portion of the game. Gameplay producer Brian Hayes commented:
“Fight Night Champion will break the mould of what is expected in a single-player sports game,” “Players will be introduced to an entirely new way to step between the ropes and experience the drama, emotion, excitement and tragedy of world championship boxing."The game is expected to include 60-65 boxers and will reportedly be the most user-friendly title in the franchise’s history.
