Mass Effect Multiplayer Title In The Works?

A recent BioWare job posting reveals that they are searching a Multiplayer Programmer for the Mass Effect franchise to work on the existing engine of the game. It reads:
“Ensure the game engine and game systems work reliably and efficiently in a multiplayer environment. Work with both the front and back ends to take existing single player user experiences and make them multiplayer safe.”
Interesting, especially considering EA's words that something special was coming to the Mass Effect universe in 2011. Yet again, it could be that some kind of multiplayer component will be included in Mass Effect 3. An awesome idea would be to be able to play through the main story in a co-op mode (man that would be soooooo cool) with each character being able to influence in conversations... Maybe we will find out in E3?
