Gyllenhall Wants To Do Game Voice Overs

Hollywood star Jake Gyllenhall plays our beloved Arabian protagonist in Disney's Prince Of Persia movie which will hit cinemas this Friday in the UK. Keen to take it further with the video games industry, the Donnie Darko and Brokeback Mountain lead would also like to add ‘video game voice over’ to his resume. When asked if he would like to act in a video game in future, he replied:
"Oh yeah. Of course. It would be an honour. If other people in the games industry are anywhere near as cool as Jordan Mechner (Prince of Persia game creator and movie scriptwriter) then without a doubt. In fact, even if they're not. I'd be totally into it."

"Of course, it depends on what it is and what the story is - but if game makers read this, I'm interested. It's all about the story with me."
He was also asked whether or not he considered video games to be 'art', he added:
"Without a doubt - it is art. This is art, you know? Following your creative instinct is art, no doubt. Yeah, there's a big business behind it and that's for sure, but for me, it's an artistic choice."
