Call Of Duty: Black Ops Gets The High Price Tag

Retailers such as GAME, Play.com and ShopTo are placing a provisional price of £54.99 on the upcoming call of Duty title that will be released later this year. Although the pre-order price is cheaper than this and Activision have yet to confirm an RRP on the title it appears that retailers are gearing up to take the same pricing approach that they did with Modern Warfare 2 last year on the assumption that people will buy it unconditionally.

I say keep your eyes on the supermarkets in case the game is sold at a low low price upon release.
