The first Kane and Lynch didn’t do too great, scores were of a fairly mixed variety but barely any were at all praising. Karsten Lund, director of the sequel is expecting a better round this time however:
"I expect reviews to be a lot better. I hope it's going to be better, at least. That's what we strive for, right? To really give people that experience they should have had with the first game."That’s the general maxim yes. He went on:
"I think the first game did a lot of things right. We're trying to enhance those as well. So I do expect higher scores."Square Enix has confirmed an August 24th, 2010 release in North America and August 27th throughout Europe.
