GAME Sold Ex-Display Stock As New

The games retailer has given an apology and pledged to refund or replace the items bought that weren’t in "mint condition" but were supposed to have been.

The games purchased over the Easter holidays by customers seem to have been infiltrated with the less than new stock as staff rushed to meet high demands and put the ex-display models in the warehouse. The company statement read:
"We value our reputation as a trusted retailer and can assure all of our customers that we will respond swiftly and positively to any issues that may be raised with us.”

“We have conducted rigorous quality checks of our sale stock holding to ensure that all items we ship are of the quality our customers expect and can assure them that they can continue to purchase from our online Easter sales with confidence.”
Any customers who received a good in question can contact GAME via the help section on its website, call customer services or just pop into the nearest store with the game.
