EA Makes It Into US Fortune 500 List

Games publishing giant Electronic Arts has made it into the fortune 500 landing in at number 494 on the prestigious US top companies list.

The publisher was previously ranked at 590 due to the restructuring and power performance against expectations, but it looks like the right heads have turned things round with the company's value now standing at $6.2 billion. Industry analyst Michael Pachter commented:
“We see evidence that the company is not doing the same things over and over again: lower headcount, fewer facilities, fewer games, and a growing digital business. This time, we think that EA is on the right path.”
Lets hope they continue with the quality of recent titles and IP.
