Analyst Says Majority Won't Care About Departure Of Infinity Ward Staff

Games analyst Michael Patcher has recently commented that the majority of CoD players will not care about the recent departure of former members of developer Infinity Ward. He had this to say on the matter:

"The majority of consumers will either not know or will not care enough to shun future games"

But he does predict that the new studio Respawn Entertainment’s (set up by former Infinity Ward employees under EA) future titles will give Activision’s hit series a run for its money.

Pardon me for saying ‘state the obvious’ but anyone who reads the games news and sees what’s going on could conclude this. Maybe I should also qualify as a games analyst sometime as well? Then, where would you lot be without me?
