Something to piss off PC gamers waiting for Splinter Cell: Conviction. Ubisoft has more or less confirmed that it will use the publisher's new DRM protection meaning you'll need to be online at all times to play the game, as with Assassin's Creed II. A rep from the publisher commented:
“It's hard for us to say, yes, from now until the day that we all die all of our games are going to include this but most will.”
“It's a huge problem - you know it, I know it, other people know it. It really is a very important issue that all serious companies need to address.”
