Speaking during the recent GDC last week, Final Fantasy XIII director Motomu Toriyama has said Final Fantasy Versus XIII and Final Fantasy Agito XIII will be aiming for a more story-driven gameplay approach. Toriyama also explained the links that ties all three games together into the series is known as the Fabula Nova Crystalis saga, and that humans are controlled by legendary Gods. known as the fal’Cie from Final Fantasy XIII.
