Oh dear, oh dear... Square Enix has admitted using identical screenshots to compare Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of Final Fantasy XIII and Photoshopping the necessary format HUD details in afterwards to make it appear they were on on different systems:
“Unfortunately we did mistakenly include screenshots taken for pre-production (non-promotional use only) in our latest release of assets. Screenshots from the final game intended for the press kit will be released shortly. As shown in our recent demo tour and Microsoft’s X10 event, there is no material difference between the two consoles.”What can you say to that, really...? It's out on March 9th for Xbox 360 and PS3, watch out which box you pick up, they might have Photoshopped the cover...
