Court Rules Against Nintendo In Flash Cartridges Case

A Paris court has ruled against Nintendo in a suit involving the Divineo Droup creating DS flash cartridges. The court stated that Nintendo actively locks out developers from their system and should work more like Windows allowing developers to create any application they wish for consumers.

The negative implications to this ruling mean that developing flash carts for playing dodgy games won't actually be illegal.
