The war over the Fallout series will continue after all. A few days ago a judge denied Bethesda’s motion to exploit the fallout series but it seems Bethesda ain’t giving up just yet. Pete Hines, Bethesda Softworks PR and marketing, commented:
"The court has declined to decide the issues at a preliminary hearing, and determined that the parties should maintain the current status quo pending a trial of the case in 2010. We are confident that we will prevail on our claims against Interplay”.
We can guess this will take a long time...
