The Xbox 360 version of No More Heroes may well be censored in Japan as a retail listing for the game suggests it will carry a CERO Z for its mature content as the US version of the game will be uncensored.
The PS3 version however, is already being censored so the Japanese version will most likely carry a lower rating too. Baffles the shit out of us to some extent, but we get the jist of it.
