TIGA Survey Reveals Many UK Developers Not Threatened By Piracy

A recent survey conducted by gaming industry body TIGA, has revealed that the majority of UK videogame developers aren't too worried about piracy. While a large figure of 90% of developers see piracy as an increasing problem, 60% see it as a low threat to their business. A mere 10% of UK developers see it as a massive threat to their revenue. Richard Wilson, CEO of TIGA commented:
“The results of the TIGA piracy survey clearly demonstrate that UK developers are taking the initiative when dealing with the issue of piracy and looking for new ways of delivering content and communicating directly with their consumers."
