Capcom has announced the upcoming Resident Evil 5: Alternative Edition will arrive as downloadable content on Xbox Live Marketplace and PlayStation Network in 2010. Capcom held a poll to find out what method of delivery was preferred by consumers and DLC was the winner. The publisher also promised more content to arrive with the Alternative Edition, but declined to say what that would be.
