The new social media hub available through Xbox Live has “gone down a storm” according to Microsoft who have claimed that over 2 million Live users accessed Facebook in the first week - 10% of the total Xbox Live users.
Last.fm also saw a lot of traffic via Xbox 360 with over half a million signing up to the service in the first 24 hours.
As for Twitter it remains uncertain as usage figures have not been released. However this newly added media is still in a development stage and in future will be better adapted for use with the Xbox 360.
