Atlus has announced the US release of Persona on PSP will be delayed by a bit, from its original release of September 22nd to October 1st. Here's what they said:
“While we’d previously announced that a digital version would be available at launch (on 9/22) along with the retail UMD version, it will in fact slip a few days until 10/1/09."However, when the title is released at retail, you'll get a free soundtrack CD.
