Dead Rising 2 producer Keiji Inafune has said that he hopes the game will be able to have multiple endings, but development is in its early stages to confirm if it'll be possible:

“Definitely one of the things people seemed to like with the first Dead Rising game was that there were multiple endings, and so I personally would love to be able to put in multiple endings in this game."
“We haven’t officially gotten to that point in the game where we decide one way or the other, so all I can say right now that it’s my desire to do that in the game, but at this point I can’t officially say yes or no.”
