Final Fantasy XIV Very Happy Uematsu Worked On Score

Final Fantasy XIV producer Hiromichi Tanaka has commented on his satisfaction that famed Final Fantasy music composer, Nobuo Uematsu was able to compose the entire game's musical score, despite being very busy:
“Yes, very pleased. I’ve been working with Uematsu since the beginning of the Final Fantasy series. Even when Mr Uematsu left Square Enix, we still went drinking together. We’re good friends.”

“As he’s very busy, we didn’t expect him to do all of the music for FFXIV, but this time he kindly suggested that he would take care of the whole [score].”
Uematsu did leave Square Enix in 2004 alongside Final Fantasy creator Hironobu Sakaguchi.
