Ubisoft filed for a new trademark on Tuesday for the title Killing Day under "Game software and electronic game programs, namely, software games". The all-but-forgotten title was last seen at the PS3 conference at E3 in 2005, with no news since.
Although only a copyright and by no means confirmation of the game, it joins recent Ubisoft files for Driver: The Recruit (filed last month) and C.O.P. The Recruit, but have yet to have any information announced.
