There'll Be No Far Cry 2 Demo

In a live chat/interview with Eurogamer and fans on Friday, producer Louis-Pierre Pharand stated the game is too complex to make a demo:

“No demos will be available. It became too complex to do a demo of an open-world game. We decided to put those efforts in the game, so that everyone can enjoy a better and more polished experience.”

There are high hopes for Far Cry 2 and it looks like we'll just have to look at those videos real carefully and trust reviews as we ain't gonna get to try before we buy.
