New PSP Disgaea Side Scrolling Game Revealed

It seems that a new Disgaea game has been announced and surprisingly, it's not another SRPG. Sadly, I'm unable to translate the text, so just by judging the screens, it seems to be some type of side scrolling beatem up for the PSP. Although the date is not yet confirmed, rumor has it that the Japanese release will be on November 20th.
