Brian Greenstone was on stage at the Apple Worldwide Developer Conference to showcase the two games Pangea Software will be bringing to the App Store: Cromag Rally and Enigmo.Enigmo will be a physics-based puzzle game, in which using a reflector, you have to get water into a container. Sounds...interesting. Apparently the game runs smoothly on the iPhone, despite being CPU intensive.
Afterwards, Cromag Rally was introduced. In a nutshell, it's a 3D caveman racing game that sees you controlling the vehicles with your iPhone via the motion sensor.
The games only took 3 days to be ported from the Mac to the iPhone. They will be $10 each come launch day.
While these two games will find their audience, one game that should be universally anticipated is Super Monkey Ball. The game will come with 110 stages across five worlds, featuring AiAi and his family. Using the motion sensor, players can accelerate, decelerate and turn.
Super Monkey Ball is complete and will be available for iPhone at the launch of its App Store, Sega's Ethan Einhorn revealed today at Apple's Worldwide Developer Conference today. The game will cost $9.99.
Sega's Spokesperson for the event, Ethan Einhorn commented on the potential of the App Store:

"For Sega, the App Store represents an amazing opportunity, because we can now be in the same place where people are buying music and movies, and they can take that content with them wherever they go,"
"We can't wait to see what's possible with our other market characters."
Super Monkey Ball will cost $10, which is cheap for what you'll be getting. Lets just hope it plays well.
