Master System Paraded On Wii

Go back in time to spotty little kids in the 80's and tell them that Sega would be distributing its software on a Nintendo system and you would probably be attacked with Star Wars figurines still in their original packaging. That's whats happened though, Sega Mega Drive downloads on the Wii are soon to be joined by its Master System predecessor.

As well as Master System content, Nintendo will also be releasing classic titles from the Game Gear and the little known in Europe Mark III system. Like Mario and Wario, these systems were the released competition between the developers of the day before the likes of Sony and Microsoft got their big bonces into console manufacturing.

Master system games will be released around February on the Japanese market, with a worldwide release to follow soon after.
