Brain Training has been heralded as one of the first games to bring the DS to the adult market and despite it shifting over a million copies in the UK alone, Dr. Kawashima hasn't seen a single penny of profit - because he's too busy working!Kawashima doesn't mind, he says he's happy enough in his $100,000 a year job, and even though the game has earned upwards of $22 million, he insists it goes straight to his employer, the tohoku university.
Although his family don't agree with the decision , he says if they are that worried about money then they should go out and earn it. He also doesn't play his own game, the self confessed workaholic also limits his children to an hour a week on the computer as he would like to encourage social and family behaviour.
